New eHealth University, A Go-To Resource for eHealth Programs

This week at HIMSS14, CMS launched eHealth University, a new resource that helps providers find information and materials on each of the eHealth programs in one location.

Providers can use eHealth University to navigate the requirements of the eHealth programs with education modules tailored to their participation level, whether it’s beginner, intermediate, or advanced.

eHealth University Education Modules
Located on the eHealth University website, the education modules include resources that simplify complex program information in a variety of different formats, such as videos, fact sheets, webinar recordings, checklists, and guides.

The beginner videos on eHealthquality measurementAdministrative Simplification, and the EHR Incentive Programs help providers who are in the early stages of participation understand the purpose of the programs and how to get started.

Providers who are farther along in their participation can choose from intermediate or advanced resources like the security-risk analysis fact sheet for the EHR Incentive Programs, or the ICD-10 Online Guide for ICD-10 compliance assistance.

CMS will continue to add to eHealth University as new resources become available. Stay subscribed to the eHealth listserv to learn when they are released.
