ENT Practice Increases Patient Engagement with eClinicalWorks EHR

An Arizona-based ENT practice has boosted patient engagement through questionnaires and various payment options within its eClinicalWorks EHR system.

Arizona-based Valley ENT, PC has tapped an eClinicalWorks EHR platform to drive patient engagement and improve patient care.

As a multi-specialty practice, Valley ENT sought out a unified platform to simplify various patient needs, including scheduling, payment options, check-in, and questionnaires.

“Our primary goal across all providers and locations is to improve patient care,” Roma Hood, RMA, CPC, application account manager of Valley ENT, PC, said in a press release. “Through our first text2pay campaign, we reached over 10,000 patients by allowing payment through a secure text or email link.”

“The eClinicalWorks EHR and healow solutions help us offer convenience and a tailored healthcare experience, allowing us added time to improve our care offerings and better engage with our expansive patient population,” Hood added.

By using healow Payment Services, patients can opt to pay via text, on paper statements, or through the patient portal.

Valley ENT also has experienced an increase in patient feedback through questionnaires using 60 different templates. This feedback helps the practice tailor the patient experience for a diverse range of patients.
